摘要: This study specifies how to construct and validate a Knowledge Management (KM) measurement scale on the basis of management perceptions. In order scales, process based (Churchill, 1979; DeVellis, 1991) was used complemented by Delphi technique structural equations models. The use this methodology illustrated in an empirical carried out Biotechnology Telecommunication sectors. Through we obtain validated instrument for measuring KM knowledge-intensive industry.
