摘要: It has been suggested thatduring myocardial ischemia short-lived free radicals such as superoxide (O 2 - ·), hydroxyl (·OH), or lipid peroxide (RO.) are produced. The evidence, however, of the participation in cardiovascular injury been, for most part, based upon activation peroxidation and on protection provided by scavengers.1,2 Direct detection radicals, might be possible electron spin resonance spectroscopy (ESR) not conclusive identification produced during these injuries. However, trapping ESR offer an indirect technique that provides evidence necessary to confirm involvement labile intermediates. Spin applied very successfully studies radical mechanisms a variety chemical photochemical reactions; it only recently biological systems. majority traps being used molecules containing nitroso nitrone group which, addition radical, form stable nitroxide is easily detected ESR.
