摘要: The aim of this study was to compare the virulence characteristics and phylogenetic features enteroaggregative Escherichia coli (EAEC) strains from adults with without diarrhoea search for associations between analysed genes carrier or diarrhoeagenic strains, respectively. Faecal samples 487 healthy humans were screened EAEC compared isolates diarrhoeal patients. Virulence virulence-associated gene typing, serotyping, multilocus sequence typing antibiotic susceptibility testing performed characterization isolates. Characteristics significantly linked determined. From stool samples, 24 obtained. Comparison originating diseased persons showed a statistically significant association sat (P = 0.002) agg3C (P = 0.0139) pCVD432 (P = 0.0001), aap (P = 0.003), aggR (P = 0.0048) air (P = 0.031) strains. Our indicates that certain subset is unrelated diarrhoea, which may be markers. results further suggest are distinguishable that, in addition well-established markers such as aggR, useful additional define an aetiological agent adults.
