摘要: Abstract Ten universal primer pairs of chloroplast genome were used to amplify non-coding regions DNA (cpDNA) in 7 Diospyros L. species including 29 genotypes and approximately 20.4 kb, 12.6% the analyzed. The amplified products digested by seven restriction enzymes. results showed that there abundant polymorphisms inter-specific cpDNA within genus . However, it was not observed intra-species variations 22 tested kaki (Japanese persimmon), except for ‘Male strain No. 9’. Persimmon had close relationship with lotus glaucifolia , but distantly virginiana rhombifolia diagram based on principal coordinates analysis Wagner parsimony method. discrepancy digesting pattern suggested genotype Jinzaoshi distinct remaining spp., which revealed may be a new
