摘要: The application of nanotechnology in cancer management is being studied for specifically targeting cells and destroying them with minimum damage to healthy tissues or using the nanoscale devices detect before they have formed tumors. Since nanoparticles are much smaller than human cells, easily move out most just like large biomolecules our body can interact other molecules on surface as well inside cells. Though technology not more four decades old, it has produced substantial number nanodiagnostic nanotherapeutic agents higher efficiency safety. Nanotechnology given a new insight treatment because its potential overcome side effects chemotherapeutic agents. An array nanovehicle platforms be designed which target cancerous tissues, high drug-loading capacities, favorable endocytic intracellular uptake.
