摘要: We review recent progress in cancer nanomedicine to overcome the delivery barriers tumor microenvironment, including understanding process, stimulus-responsive delivery, and several new strategies normalize microenvironment. The application of immunotherapy, a renewed therapy by breakthrough, is also highlighted.
