摘要: The risk of accidental falls and fall-related injuries increases with age. Regular physical exercises can delay the age-related changes affecting postural balance reduce falls. Although Tai Chi (TC) has become a popular exercise among elderly, does regular TC lead to fewer injuries? Who would receive most benefit from exercise? What style is best for fall reductions? minimum amount needed before its positive effect observed? How compare other exercises? goal this study conduct systematic review recent literature on TC's effectiveness reducing risks in elders. A summary analysis provided following variables: targeted subject population, curriculum, comparative effect, outcome measures.
