The plantar-flexion, dorsal-flexion, inversion, eversion measured every four weeks. plantar/dorsal flexion both exercise groups decreased, but Group decreased more sooner than Group. retained diminished during detraining. not retained. inversion remained unchanged after training. results suggest that is effective plantar dorsal retaining compared with exercise.
