Plasmodium vivax treatments: what are we looking for?

摘要: Purpose of Review For over 50 years the treatment Plasmodium vivax has relied on a combination chloroquine plus primaquine, but this strategy is under threat. Chloroquine efficacy now compromised across much endemic world and there are significant operational difficulties in deploying primaquine. We review recent advances P. chemotherapy that may influence future management neglected pathogen.
