摘要: Ibuprofen (IBU) is a widespread drug used to treat both acute and chronic disorders. It generally taken orally but the free can induce irritation of gastric mucosa due its acid nature. In literature, different approaches have been adopted prevent release in stomach, such as physical entrapment with film-coated tablets drug-conjugates. Nevertheless, these solutions many disadvantages, including fast difficulty swallow tablet, especially for children who may vomit or refuse tablet. For this reason, work, novel formulations are proposed that do not require encapsulation into solid form and, turn, their assumption pill. IBU has linked types methacrylates via ester bond order produce pH-responsive macromolecular monomers. The novelty related use drug-conjugates macromonomer production nanoparticles (NPs) emulsion polymerization (EP), using water solvent. final able load up 30 mg ml-1 IBU, so less than 10 ml required be assumed reach minimum therapeutic dose (200 mg). Finally, from drinkable investigated intestinal simulated fluids show preferential NPs basic conditions.
