摘要: In vivo studies of tumor-cell apoptosis induced by nanosecond pulsed electric field require high-voltage pulses delivered to the biological tissues. this paper, a newly developed all-solid-state pulse generator based on Marx concept is proposed for application. The comprises four parts: dc charging power, solid-state circuit using metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors, control field-programmable gate array, and load. This has capability producing repetitive with voltage up 8 kV, pulsewidth 200-1000 ns, rise time 35 repetition rate 1-1000 Hz various resistive loads 1-kV input voltage. design makes compact reliable. Initial experiments were carried out verify performances generator.
