摘要: This paper reviews the main strands of research on employee share ownership over last forty years. It considers findings in literature types ownership, incidence plans, ‘determinants’ use plans by companies, influences upon participation effect attitudes and behaviour, company performance, relationship between other forms participation. The does not provide a comprehensive review these topics: instead it highlights that have emerged to date, suggests some avenues for future research. is suggested majority worker different character effects from ‘mainstream’ minority large companies but has tended conflate two. argued needs distinguish various if impact be more precisely calibrated.
