摘要: Age-related changes in the content of dopamine (DA), homovanillic acid (HVA), dihydroxyphenylacetic (DOPAC), 3-methoxytyramine (3-MT), serotonin (5-HT) and 5-hydroxyindoleacetic (5-HIAA) anterior cerebral cortex, hippocampus striatum rat have been investigated using HPLC with electrochemical detection. A significant decrease HVA was observed aged (27 months) animals, as compared to controls (2.4 2.6 months). DA levels also but not striatum. In contrast, level cortex markedly increased animals. concomitant increase 3-MT observed. Finally 5-HIAA significantly hippocampus.
