摘要: Objective To evaluate the survival rate and clinical results of our vitrification procedure on preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) blastocysts to calculate its actual contribution reproductive outcome per cycle. Design Retrospective study. Setting University Institute IVI, Valencia, Spain. Patient(s) Patients who requested cryotransfer surplus PGD after failed fresh elective transfer. Intervention(s) Retrospectively collected data during 2 years experience with blastocyst vitrification. Main Outcome Measure(s) Primary measures were following: recovery survival; cancellation; implantation, pregnancy (PR), ongoing-pregnancy rates. The secondary measure was cumulative ongoing PR (COPR). Result(s) Cocultured vitrified recovered progressed in development overnight culture (survival rate) at rates comparable those non-PGD (49% 42%, respectively). After transfer 64% patients, no statistical differences found between groups concerning (44% vs. 37%), implantation (40% 27%), (32% 37%). Moreover, significantly increased COPR both cycles, from 47% (62/133) 53% (70/133) 45% (24/53) (28/53), respectively. Conclusion(s) A showed improvements that cycles. biopsied diagnosed embryos more advanced stages instead earlier cleavage is presented as an attractive strategy consider programs.
