摘要: Three nonargentaffin rectal carcinoids have been investigated immunohistochemically. In one case most tumor cells reacted with antiglucagon sera as well antiglicentin, antibovine pancreatic polypeptide (BPP), and antihuman (HPP) sera; they were identified ultrastructurally L cells. Another showed glucagon-, glicentin-, BPP-immunoreactive but lacked HPP immunoreactivity. the third glucagon- glicentin-immunoreactive represented, while PP immunoreactivities scarce. Parallel investigations of human sigmoid mucosa numerous reacting glucagon, glicentin, BPP antisera, which Cells glucagon glicentin lacking immunoreactivities, also found. Thus, both nontumor produce glucagonlike immunoreactive (GLI) peptides--one may be or a related molecule--as PP-related sequences, although differing histochemically from pancreas. It is concluded that are histogenetically linked to endocrine rectum.
