摘要: Endocrine-paracrine cells are specialized scattered in the epithelium lining gastric glands, intestinal crypts, and villi. They characterized by secretory granules, which, as a rule, concentrated basal part of cytoplasm, while Golgi complex is supranuclear. In pyloric mucosa, most such reach lumen narrow, area showing tufts microvilli centriole; this probably acts receptor surface facing luminal contents (Solcia et al. 1967).
