摘要: Summary Objective To explore the ability of chemokines in plasma to detect presence pre-X-rays defined knee degeneration and extent (burden). Methods A total 181 subjects (75 control subjects, 47 pre-X-KD patients 50 X-KOA patients) were included subdivided into three subgroups. Articular cartilage loss scored on basis ICRS classification during arthroscopy or documented MRI with chondral WORMS. The severity was graded using Kellgren–Lawrence through posterior–anterior X-rays. concentrations inflammatory cytokines quantified Luminex microbead-based suspension array (SA) cross-validated by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results CCL3 showed highest discriminate from controls an AUC 0.799. At a cutoff value 0.168 pg/ml, sensitivity 70.21%, specificity 96.00%, positive predictive 91.67% negative 83.72%. As define disease burden, levels resistin, IL6, IL8, CCL4 significant association X-rays OA, regard KL classification. Moreover, elevation observed severe OA (KL grade IV) compared those 0–I). Conclusion We firstly that could be potential serum biomarker for capacity changes stage damage knee.
