摘要: Peach fruits subjected to prolonged cold storage (CS) delay decay and over-ripening often develop a form of chilling injury (CI) called mealiness/woolliness (WLT), flesh textural disorder characterized by lack juiciness. Transcript profiles were analyzed after different lengths CS subsequent shelf life ripening (SLR) in pools from siblings the Pop-DG population with contrasting sensitivity WLT. This was followed quantitative PCR on individual lines validate extend microarray results. Relative tolerance WLT development during SLR related fruit’s ability recover reactivation normal ripening, processes that are probably regulated transcription factors involved stress protection, recovery induction ripening. Furthermore, our results showed altered is due, part, cold-induced desynchronization program involving ethylene auxin hormonal regulation metabolism cell wall. In addition, we found strong correlation between expression RNA translation protein assembly genes visual symptoms.
