摘要: Purpose Gadobutrol is a gadolinium-based contrast material (GBCM) with high concentration of gadolinium and relaxivity. Our purpose was to evaluate the signal intensity profiles in brain tissue for bolus width degree change after injection using an echo planar dynamic susceptibility (DSC) sequence. We compared gadobutrol gadoteridol various speeds saline flush volumes. Methods studied 97 patients who underwent MRI. Datasets perfusion studies were acquired 3T scanner imaging (EPI) The protocols set up combinations speed volume both gadoteridol. full at half maximum (FWHM) ratio (SCRmax) time curves measured. Results FWHM did not show statistically significant difference according speed, volume, or type GBCM. SCRmax showed greater faster larger flush, administration. between became smaller flush. Conclusion drop when slow small. Thus, may be useful obtain better profile DSC MRI conditions requiring slower and/or
