摘要: AbstractObjectivesPatellofemoral pain syndrome (PFPS) is a common musculoskeletal dysfunction presenting with at the anterior aspect of knee joint. The purpose this study was to investigate whether implementation mobilization-with-movement (MWM) prior hip or exercises can achieve early and functional ability improvements in patients PFPS.MethodsFifteen males 25 females, 18–40 years age PFPS, were randomly assigned into three treatment groups. Patients Groups A B received MWMs for 1 week performed either exercises, respectively, five more weeks. Physiotherapeutic modalities implemented 6 weeks Group C, who served as control. Pain function measured pre-intervention, post-MWM application, post-intervention, using Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) Lower Extremity Functional (LEFS).ResultsThe revealed significantly improved VAS LEFS scores compared pre-intervention score...
