摘要: OBJECTIVES The aim of this study was to investigate the fibular incisura tibia in type I and II recurrent sprained ankle. METHODS A total 18 limbs (9 right, 9 left) were examined for by magnetic resonance imaging at Gunmar Magnetic Resonance Imaging Center between September 2000 May 2001. This group consisted 10 males 8 females their age ranged 18-61 years. The control made up 75 participating volunteers without previous history trauma RESULTS measurements length anterior posterior facets, depth distance margin fibula patient visibly different from group. In ankle, tubercles lengthier, deeper more than angle facets vertical tibiofibular overlapping slight groups. CONCLUSIONS These characteristics, which observed ankles, may be anatomically predisposed ankle sprains.
