摘要: This research employs stakeholder analysis based on the Advocacy Coalition Framework (ACF) to examine two coalitions of US foreign policy during postwar and early Cold War periods. It defines proponents Yalta axioms Riga as purposive groups ideological positions. By identifying stakeholders, their strategic bases, belief systems (with respect Soviet Union), policies resources, this demonstrates how each coalition formed competed with other. More importantly, it offers a way understand seemingly inconsistent positions Kennan Bohlen that supported at one time opposed them another time. so doing, utility ACF in examining policies.
