摘要: Denarycotyle gardneri n. gen., sp. (Monogenea: Monocotylidae) is described from the gills of stingray, Rhinoptera steindachneri (Myliobatidae), collected in marine waters off Acapulco, Guerrero, Mexico. The genus assigned to Euzetiinae because it has a haptor with one central loculus, additional loculus on either side and 10 peripheral loculi. However, herein can be distinguished Euzetia, only currently Euzetiinae, by presence two accessory structures dorsal surface hamuli sclerotized piece each hamulus. Specimens D. were found 4 18 individuals R. (22%) but not present Rhinobatos glaucostigma Jordan Gilbert (1 individual), Urotrygon rogersi (Jordan Starks) (2), Narcine entemador Starks (3), Aetobatus narinari (Euphrasen) (1) or Dasyatis longa (Garman) (3). This third fourth species monogenean recorded second member Mexico neotropics. Keys subfamilies Monocotylidae as well hypothesis phylogenetic relationships between Heterocotylinae, Decacotylinae, are provided.
