A taxonomic revision of the subfamilies Monocotylinae Gamble, 1896 and Dendromonocotylinae Hargis, 1955 (Monogenoidea: Monocotylidae)

摘要: Monogenoidea from the monocotylid subfamilies Monocotylinae and Dendromonocotylinae have been studied diagnoses of two emended. The diagnosis Monocotyle is emended includes M. myliobatis Taschenberg, 1878; diademalis Hargis, 1955; ijimae Goto, 1894; pricei Pearse, 1949; kuhlii sp. n.; granulatae n. tritestis The Heterocotyle H.pastinacae Scott, 1904; H. americana minima (MacCallum, 1916) Price, 1938; pseudominima robusta (Johnston & Tiegs, 1922) 1938 Dasybatotrema Spinuris their type only species each restudied. Horricauda rhynchobatidis Tripathi, 1959 rhinobatidis Neoheterocotyle new genera Anoplocotyloides, Decacotyle, Papillicotyle, Troglocephalus are proposed to contain A. papillatus (Doran, 1953) comb, D. lymmae P. floridana (Pratt, 1910) octona T. n. The bendromonocotyle octodiscus 1955 genus Clemacotyle for C. australis n. Corrections made where necessary earlier descriptions some all described figured. Keys in included.
