摘要: Treatments against E. hippoglossi, both adults and eggs, were investigated under laboratory conditions. Adult hippoglossi transferred from the skin of halibut to glass vessels containing formalin (200 ppm), benzocaine (80 water different salinities, where effectiveness treatments was based on time detachment. The adult parasites tolerant formalin, detached rapidly in effectively killed by hypersaline freshwater exposures. The eggs exposed freshwater, hot (50°C) (500 ppm) at three stages incubation period (days 6, 14 35). A prolonged exposure 10 min 2 h resulted a successively reduced hatching success less than 20%. Hatching significantly higher day 35 6 when treatment ranged 1 h. Treatment with for 5 all < 20% success. Formalin 10% success, but identical
