摘要: The relationship of an auroral-zone electron precipitation event to a magnetic bay was examined using simultaneous observations x-ray intensity at balloon altitudes, ionospheric absorption cosmic radio noise, geomagnetic micropulsations in the 5- 30-sec period range, and variations elements H, D, Z. These show that intense bombardment upper atmosphere progress prior suggest current system triggered'' by sudden intensification expansion precipitation. motion westward electrojet electrons precipitating on toward north, indicating processes well out lines force through auroral zone, rather than local field conditions, were responsible for movement.
