摘要: Highly porous non-noble metal catalysts have been prepared by template-assisted synthesis, a nanocasting procedure. A mesoporous silica gel was used to prepare different oxygen reduction catalysts. The synthesis procedure consists of the following steps: impregnation template with transition salts (FeCl 3 or CoCl 2 ), pore filling impregnated host material pyrrole, polymerization pyrrole hydrochloric acid and subsequent carbonization in argon as well final liberation catalyst dissolving framework hydrofluoric acid. obtained samples are highly exhibit outstanding behavior. Brunauer, Emmett, Teller method surface areas between 670 1030 m /g volumes ranging from 1.6 2.4 cm observed. Onset potentials up 0.85 V were recorded during reaction (ORR). Different parameters affecting ORR activity (e.g., source, concentration material, annealing temperature) investigated discussed. Corresponding characterized X-ray diffraction measurements, elemental analysis, scanning electron microscopy, nitrogen adsorption.
