摘要: Based on the light microscopical features of normal thymic epithelial cells, human thymoma was divided in different types, namely cortical, medullary, and mixed ones, according to cell (EC) type. Lymphoid populations with morphological either cortical or medullary thymocytes were found types EC thymoma. The histological variation are demonstrated. In a retrospective study 58 thymomas 13 carcinomas, malignant invasive character as well occurrence myasthenia gravis both be related neoplastic proliferation whereas usual type no gross invasion metastases noticed. These results discussed view recent concepts immunological findings thymus microarchitecture.
