摘要: Since 2004, the DMZ Medical Center and Norwegian Rehabilitation are providing multidisciplinary comprehensive program for patients suffering from various chronic conditions, mostly musculoskeletal diseases Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS). The has developed a unique concept, based on rehabilitation model associated to intense use of climatic factors present in this area, offering so good alternative patients. Climatotherapy (MDR-C) at Dead Sea fit needs true MDR program, while introducing new dimension field. Methods: This 3-week long multidimensional is full-time behavioral medical administered cognitive out-patient setting which follows evidence-based guidelines therapeutic interventions. At Sea, psychiatric co-morbidities carefully taken into account when tailoring plan each patient. As well nature severity symptoms, together with indi- vidual's level function psychosocial stressors participant initially evalu- ated, before during treatment. Several psychological, interventions included MDR-C resulting very compact power- ful multi-modal agenda.
