摘要: PURPOSE OF REVIEW Warfarin is the most commonly used oral anticoagulant. Intracranial hemorrhage serious complication of anticoagulation and anticoagulant effect warfarin has to be urgently reversed in this situation. Traditional methods reversal involving use vitamin K fresh frozen plasma are slow relatively ineffective there a need for alternative treatment approaches. RECENT FINDINGS Agents such as prothrombin complex conjugates recombinant activated factor VII being increasingly emergently correct warfarin-associated coagulopathy. Over last decade, several small case series have suggested that these agents may lead more rapid correction INR, however, improved clinical outcome yet proven. A recent prospective trial also demonstrated safety conjugate its efficacy rapidly correcting an elevated INR patients. SUMMARY There well designed randomized trials aimed at evaluating improving patients with associated intracranial hemorrhage.
