摘要: As MEMS devices are finding more application areas and new developed, the designs of becoming complex. Without computer aid, designers have to rely on experiment it becomes time consuming. There a few commercial design tools available currently, however these their limitations. This paper presents work towards user friendly Virtual Reality CAD that models, simulates, provides behavior characteristics virtual reality visualization devices. In this part project - sensor component, we analyze requirements for modeling sensors by investigating several types MEMS, operating corresponding parameters. An example serves illustrate analysis applicability models in investigate its interaction with other components such as interface, VR animation, manufacturing module.
