摘要: Abstract Ethidium bromide in water, TBE buffer, Mops and cesium chloride solution may be completely degraded by reaction with sodium nitrite hypophosphorous acid. Only nonmutagenic mixtures were produced. Destruction was >99.8% all cases; the limit of detection 0.5 μg ethidium per milliliter solution. also removed from above solutions using Amberlite XAD-16 resin. The 0.05 (0.27 μg/ml when used).
