摘要: Abstract Aneura pinguis and maxima belong to the simple thalloid liverworts. Previous isozyme studies revealed that A. is a complex of cryptic species difficult distinguished based on morphology. In present study four were examined by means ISSR method assess genetic variation develop species-specific markers. Eight primers used generated 460 bands, which 453 polymorphic. The highest values resolving power 28.4 marker index 18.1 noted for primer 835 (AG) 8 -YC, while polymorphism information content 842 (GA) 7 -AYG. total gene diversity (H T ) polymorphic loci was 0.284 0.06 . markers supported existence in showed isolation between them. Species-specific bands found all studied , thus ISSRs can be their identification. clearly differ from each amplified primer. AMOVA conducted most (Φ PT 0.586) among species.
