摘要: Abstract The objective of the present study is to evaluate suitability brown shrimp Crangon crangon (Linnaeus, 1758) from German Wadden Sea as a biomonitor for trace metals Cd, Pb, Cu, and Zn analyse whether two-compartment model sensu OECD could be used predictive tool assess environmental quality. tested decapods accumulated Cd Pb upon exposure it was possible estimate significant parameters models, while they did not respond waterborn Cu Zn. Kinetic BCFs at theoretical equilibrium were 860 750 Pb. A tentative estimation showed following sensitivity C. an increase soluble metal exposure: 0.4 μg Cd l−1 0.9 μg Pb l−1. Available information can quantify measure agreement or disagreement between bioaccumulation in various decapods. This regarded important step calibration biomonitors, which necessary potential on different temporal geographical scales.
