摘要: The purpose of this report is to document the activities research effort and present findings work accomplished. Transition zone area in which it communicated drivers that roadway environment changing (i.e., from rural built-up) their speed should change as well. This study evaluated treatments could advise this. Based on findings, recommended add additional warning signs such transition zones.
