Four-Lane to Three-Lane Conversions: An Update and a Case Study

摘要: A presentation at the first Urban Street Symposium promoted more widespread consideration and examination of four- to three-lane roadway cross section conversions. At second a set guidelines for their implementation, along with other relevant ongoing completed projects, were summarized. Several additional conversion analyses have been since that time.
