摘要: Using a "behavioral point of view" (Bijou, 1981), I analyzed teacher training program in traditional department education. Institutional factors and narrowly defined dependent variable precluded implementation curriculum based on the principles behavior analysis. expanded to include field curriculum, adapting concept an effective support system complement university's existing academic program. In collaboration with local school district's principals, teachers, administrators, president teachers' association, established field-based center district. The center's provides social validation unavailable at university. After 6 years, data evaluation, consumer satisfaction, changed practices improved student teaching performance, increased district commitment, placement supervision, participant satisfaction.
