摘要: The behaviour of active (AR) and inactive (IR) renin was studi ed in 48 hypertensive patients (37 with uncomplicated essential hy pertension 11 reno-vascular hypertension) treated domethacin alone or AR stimulating (bumetanide, tienilic acid, captopril) inhibiting (atenolol) drugs before after indome thacin addition. 10 pts indomethacin (50mg q.i.d./3 days) reduc (p < 0.05) to a lesser extent IR. 6 bumetanide (1 mg) increased only this effect abolished by indomethacin. acid (250 action unchanged renovascular captopril (100mg) 0.01) IR both these effects were uninfluenced (25mg b.i.d./3 0.02), but 1 year all the above reported p...
