摘要: Abstract Objective To assess the value of measuring cervical resistance index (CRI) as an aid to selecting patients with a history spontaneous mid-trimester miscarriage for cerclage in subsequent pregnancies. Study design An observational study 175 one or more losses and 123 non-pregnant women who had CRI measurements performed while undergoing routine gynaecological surgery. Those whose indicated incompetent cervix were recommended future pregnancies normal conservative management without cerclage. Results The median control was 38.26 N group 17.00 N.
