摘要: Background: Platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) by Choukroun’s technique is derived from an autogenous preparation of concentrated platelets. Little known about the effects PRF on periodontal ligament fibroblasts (PDLFs) and application for regeneration. Methods: PDLFs were healthy individuals undergoing extraction orthodontic reasons. Blood collection was carried out volunteers. obtained a table centrifuge centrifuged at 3000 rpm 12 minutes. The determined measuring expression phosphorylated extracellular signal-regulated protein kinase (p-ERK), osteoprotegerin (OPG) alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity. Moreover, we retrospectively examined feasibility safety reconstructing infrabony defects with in six patients. Results: found to increase ERK phosphorylation OPG time-dependent manner (p < 0.05). ALP activity also significantly upregulated Application exhibited pocket reduction clinical attachment gain after months. Periapical radiography revealed radiographic defect filled grafted teeth. Conclusions: enhancement p-ERK, may provide benefits regeneration. Clinical radiologic analysis showed that use effective modality defects.
