摘要: Chlorophyll fluorescence excitation and emission spectroscopy, electron absorption spectroscopy resonance Raman spectrometry of light-harvesting pigment-protein complex Photosystem II (LHC II), isolated incorporated to liposomes, indicate that a carotenoid pigment violaxanthin is present in this conformation 15, 15′-cis. Light-induced cis-trans-isomerization combined with an energetic uncoupling antenna from chlorophyll interpreted terms detachment protein — the process making available for de-epoxidation within lipid phase thylakoid membrane. It also demonstrated heat-induced LHC not cis-trans- isomerization.
