摘要: Purpose: We determined the incidence of positive pelvic lymph nodes in men undergoing radical retropubic prostatectomy and describe correlation with prostate specific antigen, histological grade stage. examined whether tumor cells are localized sentinel only or also other nonsentinel nodes.Materials Methods: A total 1,055 cancer underwent radio guided node dissection prostatectomy. In antigen 20 ng/ml less biopsy Gleason score 7 were removed. more than greater extended was performed.Results: Positive found 207 (19.6%). 63.3% these detected outside region standard lymphadenectomy.
