摘要: This chapter discusses the studies of steroids and proteins in relation to immunology pregnancy sheep. If hormones are relevant problem immunoprotection conceptus sheep, they must clearly be present sufficient quantity during pregnancy; right place; shown abrogate immunological processes that would otherwise deleterious conceptus; their effects explain specific local protection fetal allograft even first face maternal immunocompetence at other sites. Certain steroid hormones, metabolites, satisfy some these requirements because relatively high concentrations sites production utero-ovarian lymphatic network. Among compounds have been affect lymphocyte transformation induced vitro . The also investigated possible contribution pregnancy-associated substances success allogeneic
