摘要: The aim of the study was a mycological assessment bioaerosol forming during conservative dental treatment, taking into account concentration and type fungal microflora, evaluation influence DUWL disinfecting protocol on contamination bioaerosol. research conducted 25 operative sites located in public clinics. air contained space between patient dentist treatment with use high-speed handpiece examined. Air samples were taken using portable RCS PLUS Sampler (BIOTEST AG, Dreieich, Germany) ready-to-use agar YM Strips for yeast mould fungi culture. volume sampled 100 litres. Before disinfection, collected at individual ranged from 4 x 10(1) cfu/m3 to 34 cfu/m3. most common species Penicillium herquei (62.17% total count), followed by other fungi: Alternaria alternata - 12.68%, roseopurpureum 9.41%, Rhizopus nigricans 5.93%, Aspergillus terreus 3.89%, Geotrichum candidum 2.25%, glaucus group 2.04%, Cladosporium cladosporoides 1.23% diversum 0.41%. 0 cfu/m3, mean 121.6 11 18.4 18 24.8 After like before disinfection procedures, prevailing were: herquei, reseopurpureum alternata, which amounted 62.6%, 18.28% 11.36% isolated fungi, respectively. recorded levels airborne lower after compared those disinfection.
