摘要: Introduction. Incomplete cross-linking of composite dental materials leads to their susceptibility degradation in the environment non-organic and organic solvents, contributing release chemical compounds which are potentially harmful living organisms. Objective. The aim study was an evaluation vitro conditions releasing toxic substances from six available EU countries. Materials methods. following released samples stored water were analyzed: bisphenol A (BPA), triethylene glycol-dimethacrylate (TEGDMA), urethane dimethacrylate (UDMA) ethylene glycol (EDGMA). Analysis performed with use high performance liquid chromatography, after incubation periods: 1 hour, 24 hours, 7 days 30 days. Results. Among analyzed substances, hour of incubation, highest average concentration found for TEGDMA – 2045 µg cm -3 (in Herculite XRV material), hours UDMA 4.402 µg Gradia Direct Anterior material) TEGDMA: 8.112 6.458 µg·cm respectively Charisma material). Conclusions. examined composites used reconstruction hard tissues teeth remain chemically unstable polymerization, present study. dynamics is correlated period sample storage water.
