摘要: Heavy metals are of concern when found in high concentrations soils, surface waters, and groundwater, due to their toxic nature. The non-biodegradability these elements is responsible for accumulation the biosphere translocation through food chain. Some microorganisms have developed different efficient mechanisms tolerating levels metal content exhibit a number enzymatic or non-enzymatic processes uptake heavy (Gadd, 1990; Silver Misra, 1988; Walderhaugh, 1992). Microbial receiving attention for: the study nutrition toxicity at cellular level; the important role organisms biogeochemical cycling biological chains; their biotechnological potential removal processes.
