摘要: Abstract Inductive preheating is well known as possibility to heat ferromagnetic materials. In brazing causes an improvement of wetting quality, e.g. smaller angles and longer lengths. this paper inductive used support a laser beam hybrid joining process. Aluminum AA6016 molten in order wet the surface AlSi- coated steel 22MnB5. Investigations on influence characteristics intermetallic phase seam formation were carried out. Strength values up 230 MPa have been measured tensile shear tests. Fraction zone occurs aluminum base material indicating uncritical thickness at interface.
