摘要: Initial experience of dual-source dual-energy (DE) lung perfusion CT in children is described. In addition to traditional identification pulmonary emboli, the assessment technically feasible with DE acceptable radiation dose. This article describes how perform children, including optimization intravenous injection method and dose parameters. How produce weighted-average images for emboli colour-coded maps regional also detailed. Lung status can then be evaluated on by means either qualitative or quantitative analysis. Potential advantages disadvantages this emerging technique compared scintigraphy cardiac MRI are discussed.
