摘要: Pulmonary embolism is a life-threatening condition affecting people of all ages. Multidetector row CT pulmonary angiography has improved the imaging in both adults and children now regarded as routine modality for detection embolism. Advanced techniques developed recent years, such dual-energy CT, have been applied one-stop diagnosis children, they can simultaneously provide anatomical functional information. We discuss techniques, common uncommon findings conventional angiography, radiation dose considerations.
