摘要: An interlaboratory study was organised in 1996 order to determine laboratory testing performance for measuring oxytetracycline (OTC) and 4-epioxytetracycline (4-epiOTC) residues pig muscle. The organisation designed according the ‘International Harmonised Protocol Proficiency Testing of (Chemical) Analytical Laboratories’ produced by Association Official Chemists (AOAC International) International Union Pure Applied Chemistry (IUPAC). Fourteen National Reference Laboratories (NRLs) out 15 asked participate agreed analyse samples. These laboratories were from 13 different European (EU) Member States each participant allowed use extraction method their own choice but had liquid chromatography as analytical technique. Most methods used based on UV detection (simple wavelength or diode-array detection) some involved fluorimetric detection. production incurred samples prepared on-site. OTC 4-epiOTC concentrations present determined taking mean results (excluding outliers) deviation result assigned value measured. evaluated calculating ‘z-scores’. globally satisfactory showed that all 14 capable determining muscle with accuracy. Only two obtained a questionable terms repeatability.
